Meet the Owner

David moved to Los Angeles in 1987 at just 22 years old, bringing a Utah accent, a positive attitude, and an unbeatable work ethic. He quickly found work at Pacific Coast Plumbing, then a small, well-respected plumbing company based in a small building off PCH in Malibu. Under the mentorship of founder Ron Jenny, who had built the company into a go-to for high-end new construction across Malibu, Santa Monica, Bel Air, and Beverly Hills, David honed his craft and learned the ins and outs of the trade. By 1996, he had bought the business himself.

Not long after arriving in LA, at 24, David rode his bike down the coast and landed in Hermosa Beach during Festival Hermosa. He instantly fell in love with the town’s laid-back spirit and made it his home. He’s lived in Hermosa ever since, raising a family with two kids who graduated from Redondo Union and Mira Costa High School.

Today, PCPC continues to serve the community that shaped it, working with local favorites like Ocean Diner, Hook & Plow, Soho Yoga, and Zane’s. With deep roots in Hermosa and a commitment to quality, David leads PCPC with the same integrity and care he brings to his neighborhood.

Meet the Team

Pacific Coast Plumbing has always been a family-oriented company— and we mean that literally. Our team includes brothers, uncles, fathers, sons, and cousins. Dave's own son, daughter, and brother have also spent time working for Pacific Coast. Many of our plumbers have been with us for decades, with several starting around the same time David did back in the late '80s. We're proud of the honest, hard-working crew that has built and upheld PCPC's reputation for reliability, integrity, and top-tier craftsmanship.
