Working with the top contracting companies in Los Angeles, PCPC has solidified itself for being the go-to plumbers for luxury plumbing systems and fixtures. When David took over the business in 1996, he had been living in Hermosa Beach for nearly a decade. He noticed there was a gap in the market for service plumbers who were both knowledgable in high-end residential plumbing and good communicators. He decided to expand PCPC to cover service & repair across the South Bay and Westside area. Bringing on friendly, knowledgable plumbers that he has worked alongside with over the decades, his goal is to deliver the same level of service he would give to a neighbor. With clear communication, top tier workmanship, and honesty, PCPC has established long-lasting relationships with neighbors from Malibu to Palos Verdes.
